At Cōper, we are committed to ensuring you are fully satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your item, we are here to help.
Returns
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.
To be eligible for a return:

The item must be unused.

The item must be in the same condition you received it.

The item must be in its original packaging.
Please note that production time (7–10 business days unless otherwise stated) does not affect your return window, which begins upon delivery.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
International returns may be subject to local taxes or duties, which are payable by the customer.
How to Initiate a Return

Contact us at info@copershop.com including your order number and reason for return.

Once approved, we will provide return instructions.

Securely pack your item and ship it to the address provided.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items without tracking.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection.
If approved, your refund will be processed within 7–10 business days to your original payment method.
Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
Exchanges
We replace items only if they are defective or damaged.
If you need to request an exchange for the same item, please contact us at info@copershop.com within 5 days of delivery and include photos if applicable.
Non-Returnable Items
Custom or made-to-order items are final sale.
Product Care
Our pieces are handcrafted using natural materials. They may be sensitive to water, sweat, and corrosive substances. Please handle with care.
